These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ff88 ("ff88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ff88.pro. By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any service offered by ff88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the ff88 platform. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon completing ff88's registration process, including identity verification and acceptance of these Terms.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free spins value, or other incentive awarded by ff88, which is subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a player on a casino game outcome, sporting event, or any other ff88 market, using real balance or eligible bonus funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process ff88 uses to confirm a player's identity, age, and payment method ownership in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which ff88 is legally prohibited from offering its services. Players from Restricted Territories are not permitted to register or use the platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any behaviour by a player that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion, and use of automated betting software.

Access to and use of the ff88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of account use:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. ff88 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services. This applies to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and all promotional offers.
2. You must be registering on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not as a representative of any corporate entity or third party.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing ff88 from, any Restricted Territory in which online gaming is prohibited under applicable law.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the ff88 platform or on any other platform that participates in shared exclusion schemes.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

ff88 reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Documents typically requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in the player's name), and, where applicable, proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To use ff88's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a single, verified account. The following conditions apply to all ff88 accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual is entitled to register exactly one ff88 account. Players found to have created or used multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — will have all accounts permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.
• Accurate information required. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, and your primary mobile number used for JazzCash or EasyPaisa transactions.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for keeping your ff88 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. ff88 will treat any action taken through your account as having been authorised by you.
• Account transfer prohibited. ff88 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any of the rights or obligations attached to it.
• Contact details. It is your responsibility to keep your registered email address and mobile number current and accurate. ff88 uses these contact details to communicate important account and compliance information.

ff88 may at its sole discretion suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these registration conditions, or where ff88 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.

All financial transactions on the ff88 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ff88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Cash OTC through designated agents.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your ff88 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours. ff88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own charges, for which ff88 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with ff88's anti-money laundering obligations. Processing times are typically 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. ff88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ff88 account.
• ff88 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional verification checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Any balance remaining in an account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 100 per month, which will be deducted from the account balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.
• ff88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with the registered player.

ff88 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of offer, and to these general bonus conditions which apply unless the individual promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (turnover multiple) before they become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering multiple will be specified for each promotion. For example, a bonus carrying a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Game contribution rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time limits. All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain in the account at expiry will be forfeited automatically. Time limits will be stated clearly in each promotion.
• Maximum bet restriction. While a bonus is active and outstanding wagering requirements remain, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is Rs 500 unless the individual promotion states otherwise. Placing bets exceeding this limit with bonus funds active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One bonus at a time. Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless ff88 explicitly states otherwise in the relevant promotion.
• Abuse and fraud. ff88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming.

The following rules apply to all real-money bets and wagers placed on the ff88 platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, and sports betting markets:

• Bet confirmation. A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the ff88 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets in a "pending" state that have not received system confirmation are not settled and the stake will be returned.
• Errors and technical faults. ff88 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error, system malfunction, or the display of incorrect odds or game parameters caused by a technical fault. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Sports betting. All sports bets on the ff88 platform, including cricket PSL markets and international fixtures, are subject to ff88's Sports Betting Rules document, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of event cancellation or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with standard market rules for the relevant sport.
• Casino and RNG games. All casino games use a certified random number generator (RNG). Game results are determined by the RNG independently of any player action and cannot be influenced by ff88 or any external party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the individual game information panels.
• Live dealer games. Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to each game type (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, etc.), which are displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a dealer error or technical disconnection, affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum winnings. ff88 applies maximum single-session and single-bet winnings limits. The applicable limits are displayed within each game and market. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum for a single bet will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ff88 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one ff88 account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an ff88 account, including the use of JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallets registered to another individual.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in ff88's games or platform for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of such errors will be void and forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the ff88 platform to deposit funds of illicit origin, cycle deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity, or obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any ff88 verification process.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any component of the ff88 platform, including its software, APIs, or data transmission systems.

ff88's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with ff88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ff88 collects personal data including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact details, payment method information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance. ff88 does not sell personal data to third parties and applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your information.

Players have the right to request access to the personal data ff88 holds about them, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data subject to ff88's legal retention obligations. ff88 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We take our responsible gaming obligations seriously and make a range of tools available to all registered players to help them maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders. Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been logged in for a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods. Players may request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed, no deposits can be made, and no bets can be placed.
• Self-exclusion. Players who feel they need a longer or permanent break from gaming may request self-exclusion. ff88 offers self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, and permanent exclusion. ff88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the ff88 platform or any of its services, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, network outage, or software error affecting the platform or any game.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any decision to void a bet, suspend an account, or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ff88's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ff88 holds its gaming licence. Players acknowledge that online gaming regulation varies by jurisdiction and agree to use the ff88 platform only where it is lawful for them to do so.

Dispute resolution: If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account decision, or any other matter, you should in the first instance contact ff88's customer support team. ff88 aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days. Players agree that any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be conducted in the English language. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ff88 and the player with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings.
